Home displaying Stronger In poster in window 'egged'!

The EU Referendum has divided opinion for sure.   Parties, communities and even families are divided.  This is undoubtedly the most significant political decision the country has had to make in over a generation.

However, this is, and should be, all done within our strong and proud democratic tradition.  It's sad to see that some are unable to abide by those principles.

A Labour member has reported that, after putting a Stronger In poster in their window, a car drove by and a passenger threw eggs at the window and the wall of their home.  It's truly sad that some people would resort to such activity simply because someone's views are opposite to their own.

We're pleased to report that our member simply cleaned off the mess (not that this was easy!) and has kept the poster in the window, refusing to be intimidated.

If you would like a poster to put in your window to show support for the Remain campaign, do get in touch with us. Our office is open on Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays from 10am to 1pm - 28-30 Newington Road, Ramsgate, CT12 6EE.
