New Labour councillors are here to listen, support and act

What is a 'surgery' for a councillor?

It's basically your chance as a resident to speak to your councillor.  You might want to discuss personal circumstances, community issues, residents' concerns.

Newly elected Labour councillors for Newington ward in Ramsgate, Karen Constantine and Susan Kennedy, want to make sure that residents get regular opportunities to come and speak to them.

Regular surgeries at the Labour Office, 28-30 Newington Road, Ramsgate, CT9 6EE will be held at the end of each month, on the dates below, from 10.00am until midday.

March 26th

April 30th

May 28th

June 25th

July 30th

September 24th

October 29th

November 26th

To speak with Karen or Susan, just come along.  The surgeries are nothing formal and you'll be guaranteed a warm welcome and cup of tea or coffee.

You may have a specific problem or concern in relation to your work.  Do you know your rights? Do you need help with an issue at work?
